Climate change is no longer a distant threat — it’s a reality affecting communities in the Lango sub-region every day. From unpredictable rainfall to prolonged dry spells, the impacts are clear. Yet, for many, climate conversations still feel out of reach.
Traditional top-down messages often fail to resonate with local realities. That’s why empowering communities, schools, and journalists with relevant knowledge, practical tools, and inclusive platforms is critical. By doing so, we ensure that climate action is not just spoken about in boardrooms but lived in villages, classrooms, and newsrooms across Lango.
Through tailored workshops, youth-led school clubs, and training for local journalists, we can build a culture where every community member understands their role in protecting our environment — and has a voice to share their stories. Together, we can build a resilient Lango, one conversation at a time.
