Short term goal: To reach out to over 10,000 young people by the end of 2026 and sponsor more than 250 students to acquire skills knowledge and education
About IDSS
International Development Students Society (IDSS) is a youth-run organization established in 2011 with a mission to empower young individuals by nurturing technical, management, and leadership skills. Rooted in Christian principles, IDSS is committed to holistic development and is recognized for its dedication to integrating faith into the journey of skill-building. As an accredited institution with the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) under Centre number UVQF/4330, and a proud member of the Uganda Association of Private Vocational Institutions (UGAPRIVI) with Registration Number 1411CNT2023, IDSS stands as an inspiration for Christian values in education. Our goal is to equip young people with practical skills that not only enhance their personal growth but also enable them to make a positive impact on their lives and society, guided by the ethical foundation of Christian teachings

Long term goal
Create a positive impact in at least forty countries towards the development of Africa by 2040. This is achievable through partnerships with different NGOs, Governments, Institutions and others International bodies that support skilling of young people around the world.
